Badam milk is very popular flavored milk. We can easily get it from market in packed bottles. In summer this cold and healthy drink is good and yummy too. We can make from very less home ingredients.

If your kids or anyone at home, donot like normal milk than must try this yummy milk recipe with rich in flavour and calories.

Benefits of drinking Badam Milk

Ingredients

Milk 500ml(1/2 liter)

Almonds 15-20

Cardamom -2-3 seed only

Saffron 5-6 Thread dissolved milk

Vanilla Custard powder -3/4 Tsp

Sugar -2 Tbsp

Method

1. Soak almonds in hot water for 20-25 mint. Peel the skin and crushed .

2. Take a thick bottom pan to boil milk add saffron and cardamom seeds. Let boil it in low medium flame.

3. Keep stirring so the milk don’t stick to bottom.

4. Now take custard powder in a bowl mix with 2 tbsp water to dissolve it.

5. Add custard powder water slowly and stir it continuously also and add sugar and half of crushed almond in it. Cook for 2 mint in low flame.

6. Turn off the gas flame. Let it cool and freeze for 1 hour.

Garnish with rest of almond and serve cool, you can also add rose water to make aromatic.
