Apples are also easy to digest and there are no side effect if we consume an apple a day.
Baby food apple smoothies is simply made by 2 ingredients as an apple and curd. Whenever baby feel hungry you can make it fresh immediately.

Ingredients
Apple – ½ (peel and chopped)
Curd – 2 Tbsp
Method
1. Take a blender jar, put chopped apple and crud.Blend it smooth paste.
2. Check the consistency and transfer into severing bowl.
3. Serve it at room temperature.
Note:
1 . Apples are already sweet in taste, so, don’t add sugar or any other sweetener.
2. Don’t add salt as babies 6-10 months are not recommended salt by doctors.
3. I suggest to use home made fresh curd as it is free from preservative.
4. When baby feel hungry or you want to feed baby than made fresh smoothie. Fresh smoothies are more beneficial for babies health.
5. To get more benefit always try to use freshly made smoothie only.
