Method

  1. Take a pan put ¼ cup of water and add carrot covered and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  2. Cool it at room temperature.
  3. Take a blender jar add chopped raw apple and boiled carrot and blend it smooth paste.
  4. Adjust consistency and ready to serve.
