Mango is our national fruits as summer started you can see varieties of mangoes, in different size,shapes and colours in the market.

The bright yellow juicy fruit full of vitamins A, C & D, magnesium, potassium and antioxidant.

I personally prefer to have seasonal fruits only. My kids are mango lover. Any thing made with mango they enjoy very much. I am sure you babies also love this apple mango smoothies.

Mangoes are known as “king of fruits” as it very tasty and healthy.

  1. Mangoes are rich in vitamin A, C, E and K ,which help to boost our immunity.
  2. Mangoes contains high amount of vitamin A ,its prevent from night blindness and improve our eye sight.
  3. Mangoes are rich in iron its helps to cures anemia also.
  4. Mangoes are good for our heart.
  5. Mangoes are very good for our skin and hair.

Ingredient:

Apple : ½ ( peel and chopped)

Mango : 3 Tbsp (peel and chopped)

Curd : 2 Tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a blender jar add curd, chopped apple and mango and Blend it.
  1. Make a fine smooth consistency. Transfer into a bowl and its ready to serve.

Note:

  1. Fruits with dairy products make it highly nutritious.
  2. When start food, you have to carefully keep watching on their reaction. Sometime its possible to have allergies.
  3. Always take advise of your doctor before introduce any fruits.
  4. It is best to give seasonal fruits and vegetables.
  5. You can store by freeze in ice cube tray. Once frozen store them in airtight container.
