Ripe papaya is sweet fleshy and juicy fruit. It can be easily combined with any fruits. When apple and papaya add together it becomes more tasty.

  1. Papaya are full of antioxidants its helps to fight diseases.
  2. Papaya are loaded with vitamin A and C its help us to look young.
  3. Papaya also reduce the risk of cancer.
  4. Papaya are beneficial to cures constipation and other stomach related problems.

Ingredient

Apple : ½ (peel and chopped)

Papaya :3 Tbsp (peel and chopped)

Method

  1. Take a blender jar add chopped papaya and apple.
  2. Blend it until fine smooth paste. Now transfer into serving. bowl.
  3. If you want you can add boiled apple also.But I prefer raw apple as its more nutritious.

Note:

  1. Better to serve freshly. Try to make, when you want to feed your baby or baby is hungry.
  2. Sometime papaya’s cause allergic in sensitive person.
  3. High amount may cause stomach upset.
  4. Always take advise of your doctor before introduce any fruits.
  5. Always try to start with one fruit at a time,you can easily find if any allergic reaction seems.
