And chocolate are most favourite flavour of all, either kids or elders.
You can make this easy and simple chocolate cake at home.
Lot of people say that baking is time killer and very tough task. For me it is fun time with my kids.
As I always bake cake with my 6 years old son as he love to bake with me. Baking is fun game for him and he feel very happy when the final baked cake out form oven.
To see him happy and excited it always encourage me to bake.
He is cake love so, he take cake for his school tiffin most of the time.
Now schools are closed he miss his friends and going out for fun. So I decided to bake his favourite cake.
To bring happiness and fun excitement. So, today I sharing this recipe with you.
You try this chocolate cake once as you also get in love with baking surly.

Ingredients
Maida /Flour 2cup
Sugar powder 1 cup
Curd 1 cup
Butter 1/2cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Coco powder 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Cashew & Almond ¾ cup (chopped)
Method
- Pre- heat the oven at 180 degree C for 10 mins
- Sieve 3 times all dry ingredients in a bowl (maida/ flour, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda) for light and airy.
- In a large mixing bowl add melted butter and sugar beat it till sugar dissolve and has fluffy.
- Add milk, curd, vanilla essence and mix well with whisker.
- Add all dry ingredients into wet mixture, mix slowly with fold method using spatula. Just want to combine all the ingredients well.
- Batter have flowy consistency .Now pour the batter into grease cake tin garnish with chopped cashew and almond and tap gently.
- Bake for 30 mins at 180 degree C. Insert a toothpick or knife to test , it comes out clean than it bake perfectly. If tester not comes clean than put it bake for another 5 mins
- Cool it for 5-6 mins. Then remove from cake tin. Now its ready to sever.
Important tips to make perfect moist cake
- It is very important to sieve. It make your cake fluffy.
- Use any butter (salted or unsalted). Butter give moisture and smoothness to your cake.
3. Mix sugar and melted butter very well till smooth and creamy consistency.
4. Make the batter flowy and lumps free.
5. Don’t over beat the batter. It will make your cake hard.
6. It is very important to use ingredient at room temperature.
7. If tester not comes clean than put the cake for another 5 mins. Don’t over bake, it will make your cake hard.
